Pottstown Memorial Medical Center said John Kirby had been appointed chief executive officer. Kirby joined the hospital as chief operating officer in 2008 and had been interim CEO since May.

UniRisX, a technology provider for insurance companies with operations in Conshohocken, announced three promotions, including a new chief executive officer.

David Hollander, who had been managing director at Accenture Ltd., was named CEO.

Jonathan Kalman, who is managing partner of Jaguar Capital Partners, was named chairman of the board of UniRisX.

David Plate, who had been director of mid-market sales for the insurance solutions group at Accenture, was named vice president sales and business development, North America.

The board of directors of Women Against Abuse appointed Jeannine Lisitski as the agency's new executive director. Most recently, she was vice president of operations at Project H.O.M.E.

University of the Sciences in Philadelphia named William L. Ashton founding dean of the Mayes College of Healthcare Business and Policy. Ashton had been interim dean since October 2007.

Grubb & Ellis Co., a Philadelphia real estate services and investment firm, said it had promoted Wayne L. Fisher to executive vice president, director, tenant advisory group, from senior vice president, director.

The Anti-Violence Partnership of Philadelphia said it had hired Marla Davis-Bellamy as its new executive director. Davis-Bellamy had been chief of staff for the Pennsylvania Department of Health.

IMA Consulting named Michael Tedesco chief financial officer. He had been a consultant on projects at the Chadds Ford firm.

Aon Consulting Worldwide, the global human-capital consulting organization of Aon Corp., said two assistant vice presidents in its Radnor office, Eric Brager and Christine Lyness, had been promoted to vice presidents in their practice groups. Brager is part of the retirement group and Lyness is part of the health and benefits group.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia promoted Keith Sill to assistant vice president and director of its Real-Time Data Research Center. Sill had been an economic adviser and economist at the bank.

PricewaterhouseCoopers L.L.P. named P. Edward Lovelidge managing partner for the firm's Philadelphia Metro Market, which includes offices here and in Harrisburg. Lovelidge is an assurance partner who has served as global engagement partner for a number of PwC's largest consumer and industrial product clients.

Sun National Bank of Vineland promoted Aimee Cervini to vice president and Bank Secrecy Act officer. She had been assistant vice president for anti-money-laundering and Bank Secrecy Act manager.

Vernon Keesey joined Meridian Bank as a vice president in its investment and wealth-management division, Meridian Financial Services. Keesey had been a financial adviser with Riley Co., of Devon.
