Metro Bank, Harrisburg, said Peter M. Musumeci Jr. had joined the bank as executive vice president and chief lending officer. Metro Bancorp Inc., the parent company of Metro Bank, intends to merge with Philadelphia-based Republic First Bancorp Inc., pending regulatory approval. Musumeci had been executive vice president and senior credit officer for Commerce Bancorp Inc., Cherry Hill.

Musumeci had been executive vice president and senior credit officer for Commerce Bancorp Inc., Cherry Hill.

Advanced AV, a West Chester provider of audiovisual services, said Michael Boettcher had been promoted to president. Boettcher had been the service department manager. He succeeds outgoing president Paul Grafinger, who will continue as chief executive officer.

The company also announced the appointment of Greg Gardner as vice president of operations. Gardner had been director of operations at advanced staging.

Nova Financial Holdings Inc., the parent company of Nova Bank, Berwyn, said Antonio de la Mora had been named senior vice president and chief compliance and risk officer. De la Mora had been a consultant with Compliance Consulting of Houston, Texas.

Julie Hester was named president and chief executive officer of St. Francis Hospital, Wilmington. Hester had been president and CEO of Mercy Jeanette Hospital in Jeanette, Pa.

Richard Lewis was named director of sales for Clear Channel Radio's six-station Philadelphia cluster. Lewis has served variously as market manager and regional manager for Clear Channel radio stations in Allentown, Harrisburg, Lehigh Valley, and Upstate New York.

AC Coin & Slot said Jason Seelig had been appointed executive vice president of sales and marketing, from executive vice president of corporate sales for the Atlantic City slot manufacturer and casino-supply company.

Domus Inc., a Philadelphia marketing communications agency, said Won Dong was named account director, Internet marketing. Dong had been cofounder and chief technology officer for E-Motion Inc.
