Brandywine Realty Trust, a Radnor real estate investment trust, has announced two promotions.

Brad A. Molotsky was promoted to executive vice president and general counsel from senior vice president and general counsel.

Lisa Hunn Barber was promoted to vice president and associate general counsel from associate general counsel.

Sherry N. Rubin has been named executive director of The Gershman Y in Center City. She had been chief operating officer of the Jewish Reconstructionist Federation.

UBS Financial Services Inc. said Frank Roccisano had been promoted to Pennsylvania market area manager based in Philadelphia. He most recently was the market area manager for the Indiana and Kentucky region.

Hard Dollar Corp., an Arizona company that focuses on project cost management, has named Nicole Stephano vice president of product strategy and management. Stephano also will establish and manage a Hard Dollar office in the Philadelphia area. She had been vice president of industry strategy for Primavera Systems Inc., the Bala Cynwyd company that now is part of Oracle Corp.

Comcast Corp., the Philadelphia cable company, has announced several promotions.

Alan Dannenbaum, previously executive vice president of network distribution and development for Comcast Networks, becomes executive vice president of Comcast-owned Satellite Services Inc. and senior vice president of Comcast Cable.

Filling the role Dannenbaum previously held at Comcast Networks will be Dana Zimmer and Dan Finnerty; both have been promoted to executive vice presidents co-leading the network distribution and development team for Comcast Networks. Zimmer and Finnerty had been senior vice presidents of network distribution and Development for Comcast Networks.
