has joined MedRisk Inc., King of Prussia, as vice president of customer service. She most recently was vice president, quality and performance improvement for The Hartford Financial Services Group, Specialty Risk Services L.L.C.

TargetRx Inc., Horsham, said Dave Dornstreich had been named vice president of business development. Dornstreich had been vice president of sales for i3 Pharma Informatics.

The provider of information to drug and biotechnology also named David Deutsch vice president of client service and development. Deutsch had been senior principal and oncology thought leader at IMS Health Inc.

Phillip Van Cleave has been named vice president for facilities management and operations at the University of the Arts, Philadelphia. Van Cleave most recently was a regional operations manager for the facilities management division of Crothall Services Group Inc., Wayne.

Grubb & Ellis Co., a real estate services and investment firm, said Charles Davidson had joined the company's Center City office as senior vice president, specializing in office tenant representation. Davidson had been a senior vice president with BPG Properties, where he headed the firm's Washington office.

The Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts named Jane M. Kamp director of development. She most recently was managing director of the Annual Fund at The Philadelphia Orchestra Association.

The Hal Lewis Group Inc., a Philadelphia marketing and advertising services firm for health-care companies, announced the promotions of two staff members:

Maureen Mangiavas has been promoted to vice president, marketing and strategy. Mangiavas had been senior director, business development.

Morgan Shinick has been promoted to vice president, account director. Shinick had been account supervisor.
