UGL Equis Corp., a commercial real estate services provider that recently opened a branch in Center City, has named Peter Strickler vice president to lead the local operations. Strickler had been a senior director at GVA Smith Mack, of Wayne.

Silver Bridge Advisors, a Boston wealth-advisory firm, has named Kennett Square resident Benjamin J. Ledyard regional director for the Mid-Atlantic and the director of wealth strategies for the firm. Ledyard joined Silver Bridge from Wilmington Trust Corp., where he had been a managing director and senior private client adviser of the Wealth Advisory division, director of the Wealth Strategies Team and regional director of the Wilmington Family Office.

Inglis Foundation, a Philadelphia organization that works with people with physical disabilities, said Tracie Butler Giles had joined as vice president, chief integrity officer. Giles had been deputy chief compliance officer at Cigna Corp.

Community Interactions, Inc., a Swarthmore organization that serves people with mental and developmental disabilities, said Diane Hannah-Wilson had been named vice president of human resources. Hannah-Wilson had been vice president of human resources with a division of Mercy Health System.

Papa John's International Inc. said it had promoted Warminster resident Tim North to senior vice president, North American operations. North had been division vice president, north division, for the pizza company.

RevolutionCare Inc., a health-care company with offices in Elkins Park and Moorestown, has named Harry G. Hayman III executive vice president and chief financial officer. Most recently he was managing director, TD Bank N.A., of Cherry Hill.

The company also said Edward M. Fleegler would serve as senior director for clinical pathways. A physician, Fleegler had been medical director for Active Health Management Inc. in Greenwood Village, Colo.

Comcast Corp., the Philadelphia cable company, said it had promoted Ron Phillips to senior vice president of employee engagement for Comcast Cable. Phillips had been vice president of human resources for Comcast's West Division in Englewood, Colo., and vice president of human resources in the Greater Chicago Region.

Binswanger Corp. announced that A.D. McCulloch III and Christopher J. Lange had been appointed as vice presidents in its Philadelphia office. They previously had worked for O'Neill Properties Group L.P., where McCulloch was finance manager and Lange was leasing agent.
