Silver Bridge Advisors, a Boston wealth-advisory firm, has named Kennett Square resident Benjamin J. Ledyard regional director for the Mid-Atlantic and the director of wealth strategies for the firm. Ledyard joined Silver Bridge from Wilmington Trust Corp., where he had been a managing director and senior private client adviser of the Wealth Advisory division, director of the Wealth Strategies Team and regional director of the Wilmington Family Office.

The company also said Edward M. Fleegler would serve as senior director for clinical pathways. A physician, Fleegler had been medical director for Active Health Management Inc. in Greenwood Village, Colo.
Comcast Corp., the Philadelphia cable company, said it had promoted Ron Phillips to senior vice president of employee engagement for Comcast Cable. Phillips had been vice president of human resources for Comcast's West Division in Englewood, Colo., and vice president of human resources in the Greater Chicago Region.
Binswanger Corp. announced that A.D. McCulloch III and Christopher J. Lange had been appointed as vice presidents in its Philadelphia office. They previously had worked for O'Neill Properties Group L.P., where McCulloch was finance manager and Lange was leasing agent.
