The Association for Corporate Growth Philadelphia, which focuses on professionals involved in corporate growth and mergers and acquisitions, has named Jason Rabbino president. He is managing director global operations for Tyco International/ADT Worldwide, Princeton and Boca Raton, and was vice president of strategic development for Aramark Corp., Philadelphia. He will serve a two-year term and succeeds Richard Jaffe, a partner at Ballard, Spahr, Andrews & Ingersoll L.L.P., Philadelphia.
