Cabrini College, Radnor, has appointed

as vice president for institutional advancement. She most recently was vice president of development and alumni affairs at St. Francis College in New York.

Elko & Associates Ltd. has promoted Colleen Cooke-Varallo, a certified public accountant and manager in the accounting and auditing department, to director of the Media firm.

Qlik Tech, a Radnor business intelligence company, said Tim Wassman had joined the company as president of the Americas region. Most recently, Wassman was senior vice president of field operations at Electronic Evidence Discovery (now Daticon/EED), a legal discovery services company.

Catholic Health East, the Newtown Square health system, said William J. Healy had been appointed vice president, regional operations, of the continuing-care division. He most recently was chief operating officer at Trinity Senior Living Communities, Novi, Mich.

The National Constitution Center, Philadelphia, said Scott Holtz had been appointed director of visitor services. He previously was director of ticketing/visitor services at The Leonardo, a science, technology and art center in Salt Lake City, Utah.

QVC Inc., the West Chester multimedia retailer, said Dave Caputo had been promoted from director to vice president of content production.

Presbyterian Children's Village said Patrick Oleskey had been promoted to director of independent living and behavioral-health services at the Rosemont and Philadelphia organization for older adolescents. Olesky had worked in the Village Independent Living Program.

NAI Bluestone Real Estate Capital, a Philadelphia real estate investment banking and advisory firm, said Sanford (Sandy) Fischer had joined the firm as managing director. Fischer had been president of Mortgage Discounters, Fairless Hills.
