Robert H. Louis has been elected president of the Philadelphia-based Senior Artists Initiative, a nonprofit cultural organization that supports senior artists. He is a partner and co-chair of the Personal Wealth, Estates and Trusts Department at Saul Ewing L.L.P., Philadelphia.
Louis W. Fryman, a shareholder with the Philadelphia firm of Conrad, O'Brien, Gellman & Rohn P.C., has been named president of the Louis D. Brandeis Foundation, the charitable arm of the Brandeis Law Society of Philadelphia. He will help the foundation raise money for scholarships for law students and other charitable efforts.
Mark Ashton, a partner in the family law practice of Fox Rothschild L.L.P. and resident in the firm's Exton office, has been named president of Historic Yellow Springs, a nonprofit Chester County cultural organization. He will serve a two-year term.
Harris T. Bock has been named president of Boys Town Jerusalem's Mid-Atlantic Region, whose aim is to educate Israel's next generation of leaders in technology, commerce, education, the military, and public services. He is director of the Dispute Resolution Institute.
Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine has appointed Andrea Pedano to its board. She is a family physician with a private practice in Philadelphia and is president of the medical staff, chairwoman of the department of family medicine, and director of family practice service at Roxborough Memorial Hospital.
H. Marc Tepper has been elected president of the America-Israel Chamber of Commerce. He is a shareholder in the law firm of Buchanan, Ingersoll & Rooney P.C., Philadelphia.

Joseph E. Ronan Jr. has been named president of the board of trustees at Friends Select School. A 1972 graduate of the school, he is senior counsel at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius L.L.P., Philadelphia.
