Doubletree Hotel Philadelphia said Scott Behm had been appointed director of sales and marketing. He most recently was director of sales and marketing of the Courtyard Marriott Philadelphia Downtown hotel.
Lincoln Financial Group, Radnor, said Anant Bhalla had joined the firm as corporate treasurer and head of risk management. Huntsworth Health Ltd., with offices in Philadelphia, New York, San Francisco, and London, named Neil Matheson chief executive officer, in charge of global operations. Matheson founded ApotheCom, a medical-communications agency that expanded into AXIS Healthcare Communications L.L.C. In 2007, Huntsworth Health bought AXIS.

First Chester County Corp. named Sheryl S. Vittitoe chief financial officer of its main subsidiary, First National Bank of Chester County. Vittitoe had been regional managing director of Accume Partners L.L.C.'s Mid-Atlantic practice. Accume provided internal audit and other services to banks.
First Chester County also promoted James M. Deitch to chief operating officer for the company and the bank. Deitch had been managing director of the bank's American Home Bank division.
Skanska USA Building Inc. has named Dorothy J. Verdon marketing director for its offices in Blue Bell and Rockville, Md. Verdon, a graduate of Moore College of Art and Design, formerly was marketing and business development leader for DLR Group, a national design firm.
