He succeeds Richard Braemer, who was chairman from 2005 to 2009. Sheerr is the president of The Wagman Primus Group L.P., Levittown.

Also, Steven Berk was elected to his first term as chairman of the Albert Einstein Healthcare Services board. Berk is a partner with the law firm of Segal, Wolf, Berk, Gaines & Liss, Philadelphia.
Jane Hoffer was elected chairwoman of the Albert Einstein Physician Services board of trustees. Hoffer was the president and CEO of Prescient Applied Intelligence Inc., West Chester, and now is the CEO of BrainRewards Inc.
James J. Calla was named to the board of Liberty Bell Bank, Cherry Hill. Calla is the former executive vice president and managing director of the Capital Markets Group, Philadelphia.
Philippe W. Ouellette Jr. was elected second vice chairman of the National Association of Credit Union Chairmen, a Del Mar, Calif., professional association. He is chairman of Citadel Federal Credit Union Inc., Thorndale.
Philadelphia real estate executive Arthur P. Pasquarella has been elected 2010 chairman of the board of The Counselors of Real Estate, an international professional organization. He is a principal at BPG Properties, Philadelphia.
William H. Morgan has been elected a trustee of Peirce College, Philadelphia. He is senior vice president of global human resources for Nasdaq OMX Group Inc. and a graduate of the college. He was formerly executive vice president, technology and operations and chief information officer for the Philadelphia Stock Exchange Inc.
