The Keane Organization Inc., a Wayne provider of compliance and risk-management services, said James W. Alden had been named regional vice president of sales. Alden had been relationship manager, client services for Computershare Investor Services N.A.

Keane also promoted Mark Sweatman to president of Keane's Retirement Services Division. Sweatman had been senior vice president with Keane's Investor Communication and Retention Solutions Division, where he was responsible for all sales and client-services activities.

Delaware Valley Green Building Council said Janet Milkman had been hired as executive director of the organization. Milkman had been president of ERTHNXT, a nonprofit organization that helps connect children with nature.

imc2 health & wellness said Lisa Flaiz had joined the Philadelphia marketing office as vice president, strategic growth and innovation. Flaiz had been vice president, group director, and national pharmaceutical practice lead for Razorfish.

Jane R. Lipton was named executive director of the Manayunk Development Corp. Lipton had been a Realtor for Long & Foster Real Estate in Haverford and chairwoman of the board of directors of the nonprofit North Light Community Center in Manayunk.

Integrated Marketing Associates said Devon Reimer had joined the Bryn Mawr company as a vice president. She had been director of client services for Micromarketing Strategy Partners.

Doug Whetzel was promoted to vice president, U.S. commercial and public sector sales for OKI Data Americas Inc., a Mount Laurel printer manufacturer. He had been regional sales director.

Christopher McGrath has joined Switzenbaum & Associates Inc., Philadelphia, as vice president to manage the capital-raising arm of the firm's multifamily apartment real estate fund business. McGrath had been a member of the Financial Institutions Group at UBS AG.
