The Philadelphia insurer also said that Linda M. Taylor had been promoted to chief marketing executive. Most recently, she was senior vice president of sales and marketing at AmeriHealth Administrators, one of the insurer's third-party administrators.
Meridian Bank, of Devon, has hired Karen DiVincenzo as business development officer. She had been vice president, business development officer at First National Bank of Chester County in West Chester.
South Jersey Industries Inc., an energy-services holding company in Folsom, N.J., has promoted Kenneth R. DePriest to president of its subsidiary South Jersey Resources Group L.L.C. DePriest, an SJI employee for nine years, most recently was vice president and chief operating officer of SJRG and vice president of South Jersey Energy Solutions L.L.C., SJRG's parent company.

Peco Energy Co., Philadelphia, has named Doreen Masalta as director of its electric operations in Bucks and Montgomery Counties, responsible for the utility's construction and maintenance activities, leading regional distribution engineering for service reliability, new business, and work management. She was director of contractor, project, and vegetation management.
