The Judge Group Inc., a Philadelphia executive-search firm, has promoted Gary R. Morris to president from executive vice president.

American Water Works Co. Inc., a Voorhees water and wastewater utility company, has named Kellye L. Walker senior vice president, general counsel, and secretary. Walker had been senior vice president and general counsel at Diageo North America.

Adolor Corp., an Exton biopharmaceutical company, has promoted Michael D. Adelman to vice president, marketing and sales, from senior director, marketing. David P. Geoghegan has been promoted to vice president, manufacturing, from senior director, manufacturing process quality. Kevin Darryl White has been promoted to vice president, regulatory affairs, from senior director, regulatory affairs.

HealthCare Alliance Group L.L.C., a Vorhees medical-communications company, has named William P. Scully director of business development. He had been a medical-communications consultant to a variety of medical-communications and scientific publishing companies.

NovaDel Pharma Inc., a Flemington, N.J., specialty-pharmaceutical company, has appointed Steven B. Ratoff as president and chief executive officer. Ratoff has been chairman of the board since September 2006, interim president and CEO since July 2007, and interim chief financial officer since April 2009. He will continue to serve as interim chief financial officer.

Dudnyk, a Horsham health-care communications agency, has appointed Becky Bodenner senior vice president, creative director. She was senior vice president, chief creative officer, and part of the creative management team that helped build Philadelphia-based pharmaceutical agency Dorland Sweeny Jones into Dorland Global Health Communications.

Cadient Group Inc., a King of Prussia marketing agency serving the health-care sector, said Barry Winn had been appointed vice president of business development. Winn had been director of client services and digital strategy for Hal Lewis Group Inc. and director of portfolio development/account director at G2 Interactive.

The ACE Group of insurance and reinsurance companies, Philadelphia, has appointed John Lupica chief operating officer, Insurance-North America. He will keep his responsibilities as president and CEO of ACE USA, the firm's North America retail operating division.

Jamie English was appointed chief operations officer for ACE's North America commercial and personal property and casualty insurance businesses. English had been president of ACE Westchester Programs.

The Mann Center for the Performing Arts has named Camille Spaccavento director of audience development and communications. Spaccavento had been director of marketing of the Robert and Margrit Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts in Davis, Calif.

Wesley Enhanced Living, a Southhampton nonprofit continuing-care retirement community, has appointed Lorrie Klaric director of enhanced living program development. She had been vice president of member services at Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania.

Pennsylvania Trust, Radnor, said Douglas H. DeLong had joined the financial-services firm as senior vice president. He most recently was vice president of wealth management at Morgan Stanley/Smith Barney.

Kenexa Corp., a Wayne provider of business services for human resources, said Kevin Horigan had joined the company as the president of its Global HR Technology division. Horigan had been a senior vice president at SAP AG.
