The AmeriHealth Mercy Family of Cos., Philadelphia, has named

president and chief executive officer. Rashid had been executive vice president.

The provider of Medicaid managed-care plans and related business named Anne Morrissey, its current chief operating officer, as its new executive vice president and chief operating officer.

It also named Joyce S. Hagan chief marketing and development officer. Hagan had been regional vice president, Midwest.

Jay Feldstein, corporate chief medical officer, was appointed the interim regional president for the Northeast Region, which includes Keystone Mercy Health Plan.

Jay H. Bolling has become chief executive officer of Roska Healthcare Advertising, Montgomeryville. He had been president. He replaces Jon Roska, who is continuing as a consultant to the agency while he pursues new opportunities in e-commerce.

TD Bank N.A. has named Kevin T. O'Donnell a commercial lender in Center City, responsible for developing commercial loans and deposits throughout the region. He had been a senior vice president at Republic First Bank in Center City.

Lisa A. Lawson has been named dean at Philadelphia College of Pharmacy at University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. She had been interim dean since December 2008.

The Pennsylvania Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Philadelphia, said Marc Peralta was promoted to chief operating officer. Peralta had been director of operations.

Tarsa Therapeutics Inc., Philadelphia, has announced the addition of two executives to its senior management. David Krause joined as chief medical officer, and Thomas C. Wicks joined as vice president, global regulatory affairs. Krause had been chief medical officer and senior vice president and head of research and development at Zelos Therapeutics Inc., West Conshohocken. Wicks had been vice president of regulatory affairs and quality assurance at Mt. Cook Pharma Inc., Princeton.

San Miguel School of Camden has hired Megan Lepore as director of mission advancement. She is an adjunct professor at Temple University's School of Communications and Theater and was development coordinator for Samaritan House.

The Star Group, a Philadelphia marketing and communications company, said Kevin Couch had rejoined the agency as senior vice president, creative director. Couch had been a copywriter at Cline, Davis, Mann, of Princeton.

Lynn Martin Haskin has been named director of communications for the Philadelphia Association of Community Development Corporations. She had been vice president of Development Counsellors International, a New York economic-development marketing firm.

HSBC Bank USA said Jefferson M. Green had been appointed a senior vice president and commercial executive for the Pennsylvania and Delaware region, based in Philadelphia. He had been a senior vice president and division head for ABN Amro's Mid-Atlantic corporate-banking unit.

Bayada Nurses Inc. has appointed Linda Zieman vice president, pediatric services. She had been the service line director for The Cardiac Center at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

Radian Group Inc. has appointed Robert Griffith as executive vice president and chief operating officer for Radian Guaranty Inc., its main mortgage-insurance subsidiary. Griffith had been senior vice president at Bank of America Corp., where he was responsible for a nationwide network of loan-fulfillment centers providing underwriting, processing, and loan-funding services.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia made several personnel announcements effective April 1:

Loretta J. Mester will be promoted to executive vice president. Mester, who has been a senior vice president and director of research, will also assume responsibility for the bank's Financial Statistics Department and its Payment Cards Center.

Milissa M. Tadeo, a senior vice president, will oversee the community-affairs and public-affairs departments. Tadeo is currently responsible for cash and treasury services at the bank.

Arun Jain, a senior vice president, will assume responsibility for cash and treasury services and continue to oversee the bank's retail-payments department.

Herbert E. Taylor, vice president and corporate secretary, will become chief of staff for the Office of the President while continuing to oversee the Office of the Secretary.

Sun National Bank in Vineland, N.J., has hired Steven J. Greenberg as president of Sun Home Loans Inc., the bank's mortgage company. Greenberg had been a managing director at TD Bank in Cherry Hill, in charge of mortgage, consumer, and loan-by-phone sales forces from Maine to Florida.

Hirtle, Callaghan & Co. Inc., a West Conshohocken investment firm, has hired Jamie R. Johnson as director of private equity. Johnson had been a managing director of Paul Capital Investments L.L.C., a fund of funds in San Francisco.
