Kensey Nash Corp., an Exton medical-device company focused on regenerative medicine, has appointed Donald E. Morel Jr. to its board. He is chairman and chief executive officer of West Pharmaceutical Services Inc., Lionville.

The National Constitution Center has appointed William R. Sasso chairman of its Corporate Council, which advocates for the center's mission. He succeeds Gerard Cuddy, president and CEO of Beneficial Bank. Sasso is chairman of the management committee and board of directors at Stradley, Ronon, Stevens & Young L.L.P., Philadelphia.

Al Scott has been named a member of the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations, a New York private national committee. He is founder and principal of NSD Bio Group L.L.C., Philadelphia, an advisory firm that conducts special studies and research analyses for U.S. government agencies and businesses on key issues for the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and nanotechnology sectors.

The Sunshine Foundation, a nonprofit organization that grants wishes to children, has named Mark Dubowe, Angelo P. Giardino, and Jacqueline J. Ager to its board. Dubowe is managing director of The Corolla Group. Giardino is medical director of Texas Children's Health Plan Inc. Ager is of counsel with Conrad O'Brien P.C., Philadelphia.

Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Delaware Valley Inc., a nonprofit agency, named Denise Mason and Suzanne Vojak to its board. Mason is vice president, senior regional community manager at HSBC, Cherry Hill. Vojak is principal at SM Vojak Consulting L.L.C., Philadelphia.

CeaseFirePA, a nonprofit Philadelphia advocacy group that works to prevent gun violence, has named Nancy Bregstein Gordon, Keith Leaphart, and Ed Tettemer to its board. Gordon has helped manage campaigns such as the Million Mom March, assisted in Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton's primary run and other political campaigns, and headed advocacy and fund-raising activities for FLAG (Friends of Liberty Action Group). Leaphart is president of Replica Creative: Design & Print. Tettemer is an independent advertising and communications consultant.

Katayun I. Jaffari, a partner in the Business Department at Saul Ewing L.L.P., Philadelphia, and chairwoman of the firm's Corporate Governance Practice Group, has been elected to the board of the Scleroderma Foundation, Delaware Valley Chapter, a nonprofit health advocacy organization.

San Miguel School of Camden, a Catholic and Lasallian School educating middle-school boys at little or no cost, has named Dionne Wright to its board. She is senior human resources business partner for PJM Interconnection L.L.C., of Norristown.

ACTS Retirement-Life Communities Inc., a nonprofit West Point organization, has elected Annlouise Devenney and Suzanne N. Pritchard to its board. Devenney has spent her entire career in the nursing profession at Pennsylvania Hospital. She lives at Fort Washington Estates, an ACTS community in Upper Dublin Township. Pritchard is a lawyer at McCann & Geschke P.C., in Philadelphia.

The Bucks County Conference and Visitors Bureau, the official tourism-promotion agency of Bucks County, has named Paul Licitra and Patrick Brogan to its board. Licitra is the owner of the Tuscany at the Towpath House Restaurant in New Hope. Brogan is general manager of the recently converted Crowne Plaza Bucks County Hotel. - Mike Zebe
