Comcast Corp. said it had promoted William E. Dordelman to senior vice president and treasurer. He most recently was vice president and treasurer of the Philadelphia cable company.

Janney Montgomery Scott L.L.C., a Philadelphia financial services company, has hired two managing directors for a new initiative to help community banks sell loans.

Brent Giese, formerly a managing director and head of the mortgage-origination group at Bear Stearns Cos. Inc., will lead the initiative.

Joining him is James Stauss, who was most recently a vice president of institutional sales at Raymond James & Associates Inc.

Bartash Inc., a Philadelphia printing company, hired Ken Marks as mail list/fulfillment manager. Marks had been data-processing manager at Hatteras Press in Tinton Falls, N.J.

Meridian Bank, of Devon, has hired John J. Devenney as vice president of commercial lending. Devenney was previously a vice president and commercial lender at the First National Bank of Chester County.

Integrated Marketing Associates said Eric Levin had joined the Bryn Mawr marketing-research and consulting firm as a vice president. He had been the quantitative marketing-research methodologist for GlaxoSmithKline P.L.C.

The company also said Victoria Waldman had joined it as a senior project director. She had been the director of custom market research for Wyndham Worldwide.

National Penn Bancshares Inc., of Boyertown, Pa., announced two promotions:

David B. Kennedy has been named group executive vice president and chief delivery officer of the general bank for National Penn Bank. He had been president of National Penn's KNBT division.

Peter A. Gray has been named president of KNBT. He had been a commercial bank director in KNBT's Lehigh Valley area.

Lincoln Financial Group, of Radnor, has appointed George A. Murphy, formerly senior vice president for human resources at Ametek Inc., as head of total rewards, reporting to Lincoln's chief human resources officer.

Ralph P. Ferrara has been named the managing partner of the law firm Obermayer, Rebmann, Maxwell & Hippel L.L.P.'s Cherry Hill office. Ferrara had been a comanaging partner with Gregory D. Saputelli.

Parke Bancorp Inc., of Sewell, has promoted Elizabeth Milavsky to chief operating officer. She had been executive vice president responsible for retail branch administration, human resources, and compliance.

Eric S. Magrisi has joined Griffin Financial Group L.L.C. as senior managing director in the King of Prussia firm's Financial Institutions Group. He had been a partner and executive vice president at McKinnon & Co.

Holton Sentivan & Gury, an Ambler marketing agency, said Christa Ward had been promoted to vice president. Ward most recently was account director.

Pennsylvania Trust, Radnor, said Jeanne M. Stagloff had joined the financial-services firm as vice president, tax administration. She had been a senior tax accountant at Pepper Hamilton L.L.P., Philadelphia.

Viridity Energy Inc., a Conshohocken smart-grid company, said Laurie Actman had joining the company as director of government relations and business development. She most recently worked in Mayor Nutter's office, where she helped launch the city's sustainability office.
