Peter A. Gray has been named president of KNBT. He had been a commercial bank director in KNBT's Lehigh Valley area.
Lincoln Financial Group, of Radnor, has appointed George A. Murphy, formerly senior vice president for human resources at Ametek Inc., as head of total rewards, reporting to Lincoln's chief human resources officer.
Ralph P. Ferrara has been named the managing partner of the law firm Obermayer, Rebmann, Maxwell & Hippel L.L.P.'s Cherry Hill office. Ferrara had been a comanaging partner with Gregory D. Saputelli.
