Mitchell S. Kaplan has been named to the board of trustees of the Green Tree School, a Philadelphia institution of special education and services for autistic children, their families and caretakers. He is the managing shareholder of Zarwin Baum DeVito Kaplan Schaer Toddy PC, Philadelphia.

InterDigital Inc., a King of Prussia mobile-phone-equipment supplier, has elected Jeffrey K. Belk to its board. He is managing director and founder of ICT168 Capital L.L.C., and was senior vice president of strategy and market development at Qualcomm Inc.

The Economy League of Greater Philadelphia, a regional nonprofit public-policy organization, has elected George Burrell, Hugh J. Lavery and Jeremy Tennenbaum to its board. Burrell is executive vice president and general counsel at PRWT Services, Philadelphia. Lavery is vice president of government and external affairs at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, Philadelphia. Jeremy Tennenbaum is CEO of Spouting Rock Consulting, Wayne.

The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania has appointed the following to its board of overseers:

Silas K.F. Chou is co-chairman of Michael Kors L.L.C., New York and president and CEO of Novel Enterprises Ltd., Hong Kong.

Traci J. Shanbrun Lerner is founding partner of Chesapeake Partners Management Co., Baltimore.

Aditya Mittal is chief financial officer and member of the group management board at ArcelorMittal, London.

The Greater Philadelphia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, a nonprofit business advocacy organization, elected Paul E. Lima 3d chairman of the board. He succeeds Kenneth I. Trujillo, who becomes chairman emeritus. Lima is the founder and president of Lima Consulting Group. Trujillo is founding member of Trujillo Rodriguez & Richards, L.L.C.

The Presbyterian Children's Village has elected Paula Bedi to its board. She is an independent organization development and strategic planning consultant and is the former associate director of organization development for SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals.

The Human Capital Institute, Washington, said Peter Cappelli, professor of management at the Wharton School, has been appointed to its new advisory board.

Peirce College, Philadelphia, has elected three new members to its board of trustees.

Renée Byng Branch is director of diversity and inclusive practices for the Council on Foundations, Arlington.

Al Dinson is a principal consultant with MITRE Corp., McLean, Va.

Geoffrey R. Haefner was vice president at Principal Funds.

EducationWorks, a Philadelphia, Chester, and Trenton education nonprofit, elected Adrianne Arthur and Catherine Killian to its board. Arthur is the director of planning and development at Heery International. Killian is an associate vice president for network operations at Keystone Mercy Health Plan.

Scott H. Marcus, president of Scott H. Marcus & Associates, a South Jersey law firm, has been named to the board of trustees of the nonprofit Archway Foundation, a human services organization.
