Maria D. Aldrete joined TD Bank as a foreign exchange sales team leader. She had been vice president, global markets at Citizens Bank/RBS Securities in Plymouth Meeting.

Auxilium Pharmaceuticals Inc., a Malvern specialty biopharmaceutical company, promoted Benjamin Del Tito Jr. to executive vice president, regulatory affairs and project management. Del Tito most recently was senior vice president, quality and regulatory affairs.

Franklin Square Capital Partners, Philadelphia, said Gerald Stahlecker had been appointed executive vice president. Stahlecker is a former founding partner of Radcliffe Capital Management L.P.

Anthony Parisi was hired as treasurer and director of capital markets for Weston Solutions, West Chester. He had been managing director at Fairmount Partners.

DAK Associates, a Conshohocken executive search firm serving the financial services industry, said Eric M. Clark had been named a senior consultant. He will oversee DAK's diversity search program and lead a new health-care search initiative. Clark had been a relationship manager and new business development executive for Capital Innovations Equipment Finance and General Electric Commercial Finance.
