Joseph A. Berquist was promoted to vice president/managing director of Quaker Chemical Corp.'s North American operations. He had been senior director, commercial, Quaker North America, for the Conshohocken company.

Lorrie Aracri was named publisher of Doctor of Dentistry Philadelphia magazine. Aracri previously held various sales positions, and was a partner in a staffing company.

Stanley Uhr was named corporate counsel of Campus Apartments, a Philadelphia developer, owner, and manager of student housing. Uhr had been vice president and corporate counsel for Deb Shops Inc.

Anthony J. Etzel joined the Insurance Adjustment Bureau, Bala Cynwyd, as director of commercial business. He had been principal management consultant for Business Systems Reviews L.L.C.

Michael J. Maransky of Fox Rothschild was named the managing partner of the law firm's Blue Bell office. Maransky's practice includes estate and gift tax planning, estate and trust administration, and resolution of tax controversies.

Modern Group, a Bristol material handling and construction equipment distributor, said Paul Farrell had been appointed chief operating officer. Farrell most recently was president of Modern Power Systems, the company's standby generator business.

Jaishankar Ganesh was appointed dean of the Rutgers School of Business–Camden. He currently is associate dean for administration and executive education at the University of Central Florida's College of Business Administration.

Stephen Hildebrand joined the McBrick Building Group, Huntingdon Valley, as senior project manager for the McBrick Commercial Division. He had been the senior project manager at Epic Management Inc., Piscataway, N.J., and vice president at Conover & Brems Inc., Edison, N.J.

Chris Fugaro was named associate at Guardian Capital Partners, Wayne. He had been an investment banker with boutique investment bank Griffin Financial Group L.L.C., King of Prussia.
