On the Boards

Cigna Corp., the Philadelphia insurer, has named Joseph P. Sullivan to its board. He is former chairman and chief executive officer of Protocare and will be a member of the corporate-governance committee and the people-resources committee.

Catholic Health East, Newtown Square, has appointed Barry R. Furrow to its board. He is professor of law and director of the Health Law Program at the Earle Mack School of Law at Drexel University, Philadelphia.

Hersha Hospitality Trust, a Philadelphia self-advised real estate investment trust, has named Dianna F. Morgan to its board. She retired as senior vice president of public affairs and human resources at the Walt Disney Co.

Jeffrey C. Hampton was appointed to the board of The New York Institute of Credit, a nonprofit educational entity offering continuing professional education for those in the turnaround and restructuring industries. He is cochairman of the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Department at Saul Ewing L.L.P.

Joseph M. De Julius has been elected chairman of the Evesham Municipal Utilities Authority Board of Commissioners. He is a technology teacher at Eastampton Community School.

Stephanie Mays Boyd has been elected to the board of trustees of Peirce College. She is vice president sales, marketing and convention services for the Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority.
