Aqua’s DeBenedictis to get Red Cross award

The American Red Cross of Southeastern Pennsylvania will honor Nicholas DeBenedictis, chief executive of Aqua America Inc., as its Citizen of the Year on Thursday.

The award, presented at a breakfast meeting at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel, will recognize DeBenedictis' support for the Red Cross. DeBenedictis has headed the Bryn Mawr water utility for 18 years.    - Andrew Maykuth
