Lockheed Martin Corp. has named Gerry Fasano president of its Information Systems & Global Solutions-Defense business in Valley Forge. Fasano succeeds John Mengucci, who will lead the IS&GS-Civil business. Fasano most recently was deputy president of Lockheed Martin's IS&GS-Security business in Virginia.

VCopious, a virtual environment software platform company based in Conshohocken, said Kenyon (Ken) Hayward had been appointed chief executive officer. Hayward had been CEO of Redlasso, a King of Prussia digital media syndication platform.

Charles B. Conklin has been named director of risk management for Temple University Hospital. Conklin had been vice president for clinical quality, risk management/patient safety for Tenet Healthcare Corp., and director of health-care quality at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.

Cadient Group Inc., a King of Prussia provider of digital marketing and other services for the health-care industry, said Charlie Walker had been appointed chief operating officer. Walker had been chief operating officer of G2 Interactive, a digital-marketing agency.

Arch Insurance Group Inc., a subsidiary of Arch Capital Group Ltd., said David M. Finkelstein had been named executive vice president of Arch's Surety Division, based in Philadelphia. Finkelstein most recently was senior vice president and chief underwriting officer of Liberty Mutual Holding Co. Inc.'s Surety department.

Michael J. Lyons was appointed executive vice president of Atkinson, Mullen & Rosso L.L.C., an incentive travel/meetings management firm based in Newtown Square. Lyons is former president and CEO of destination management company Global Event Partners, Philadelphia.

CMF Associates L.L.C., a Philadelphia provider of services to private equity, middle-market, and smaller public companies, said Adrian Mantini had been named a director in the firm's financial and operational consulting group. Mantini had been a director at PricewaterhouseCoopers L.L.P.

The North Highland Co., an Atlanta, consulting firm, said Mike Keenan had been promoted to vice president in the Philadelphia office. Keenan had served a consulting term with Accenture Ltd.

Franklin Square Capital Partners, a Philadelphia services company, has appointed P. Cosmo Smith president of its wholly owned broker-dealer subsidiary, FS2 Capital Partners. Smith founded United Advisors, a leading merchant banking and strategy consulting firm.

Franklin Square Capital Partners also said Adrienne Yost Hart had joined the firm as senior vice president of legal and compliance. She had been chief compliance officer of Sovereign Bank's broker-dealer subsidiary, Sovereign Securities Corp. L.L.C.

BLOCS (Business Leadership Organized for Catholic Schools), a Philadelphia nonprofit scholarship organization, has appointed Joseph Garecht executive director. Garecht had been director of development at the Philadelphia Children's Alliance Inc.
