Laurence H. Lebowitz was named president and chief investment officer of the Investment Fund for Foundations, known as TIFF, in West Conshohocken, effective Sept. 16. Lebowitz was previously chairman and managing director of HBK Capital Management in Dallas. TIFF said it handles more them $8.5 billion for 750 U.S. charities.

Lucie Hughes was named vice president of alumni affairs and development at the University of the Arts, Philadelphia. Most recently, Hughes was associate vice president for development, alumni, and parent relations at the Maryland Institute College of Art.
Colleen McNichol was appointed chief operating officer of Child Guidance Resource Center, a Havertown behavioral health-care services provider. McNichol had been vice president of human resources for the organization.
Oliver Carley joined CHPlanning Ltd., a Philadelphia land-use and environmental-planning firm as a senior planner. Carley had been project manager at Simone Collins Landscape Architecture, Berwyn.
VWR International L.L.C., a West Chester supplier of laboratory equipment, hired James Kalinovich as vice president, corporate treasurer. He had been treasurer of American Water Works Co. in Voorhees.
Sarah Tellefsen joined VWR as director of corporate account program management. She had been senior vice president of professional services for Metavante Lending Solutions.
Harcum College, Bryn Mawr, named Denise Beauchamp executive director of continuing studies. She previously was senior director of operations in the higher education division for I-LEAD Inc.
Harcum also said Lisa Heredia had been named executive director of corporate relations. Heredia previously was senior director of operations for Harcum College at Congreso, through Congreso de Latinos Unidos in Philadelphia.
TD Bank promoted Heather S. McCormick to vice president-cash management sales officer in Philadelphia. She had been an assistant vice president and a proposal analyst.
Citizens Financial Group Inc., parent of Citizens Bank, said Dawn Dupre had been appointed president of its full-service brokerage and investment adviser unit, CCO Investment Services Corp. She will split her time between Boston and Philadelphia. Dupre had been a territory sales director at PNC in Philadelphia.
Roska Healthcare Advertising, Montgomeryville, said Chris Taormina had joined the company as executive director. He had been director of program management at Rosetta.
