Catholic Health East, Newtown Square, said H. Ray Welch Jr. would become executive vice president, ministry operations effective Sept. 7. Welch now is the chief executive officer of Mercy Health System of Southeastern Pennsylvania, a member of the CHE organization.

Amy Gabrielian O'Shea was named director, FMC Professional Solutions, a business unit of FMC Corp., Philadelphia. O'Shea is a former general manager for the chemical company's Agricultural Products Group in Mexico.

Christopher Saello was named vice president, resource development for United Way of Chester County. Saello had been vice president of financial development at YMCA of the Brandywine Valley, where he led annual, capital, and endowment fund-raising.

TD Bank promoted Damien M. Ghee to commercial portfolio loan officer in the Metro Philadelphia Middle Market Lending Group and to vice president. Ghee's previous positions at the bank include senior credit analyst and assistant vice president.

Skanska USA said David Strange had joined the construction company's Philadelphia office as vice president of business development. Strange most recently was vice president of business development at Shoemaker Construction Co.

SQA Pharmacy, Philadelphia, appointed Joseph P. Mandl its new general manager. Mandl had been president of ValueCare Pharmacy in Cincinnati. SQA Pharmacy serves group homes for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia named Peter Humig hotel manager, overseeing day-to-day operations. Most recently, Humig was resort manager of Four Seasons Resort Aviara in Carlsbad, Calif.

The Wistar Institute, Philadelphia, said cancer biologist Dario C. Altieri had been named director of Wistar's Cancer Center, a National Cancer Institute-designated Cancer Center. Altieri will be the institute's chief scientific officer and professor in the Wistar Molecular and Cellular Oncogenesis Program. Altieri joins full time in September. He has been professor and chair of the Department of Cancer Biology at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.

Equisearch, an Elmsford, N.Y., provider of services for searching for and recovering lost financial assets, said Bucks County resident Jim Keyser had been appointed chief operating officer. Keyser had been president of investor communications and retention solutions at Keane.

iMANY, a Philadelphia contract-performance company, named Gonzalo Castro vice president of product management. Castro had been vice president of product marketing for DecisionView.

Jin Huang was appointed vice president of development. Huang had been iMANY's senior director of engineering and program management.
