IMA Consulting, a Chadds Ford health-care management-consulting firm, has named Bob De Luca managing partner. De Luca succeeds Rob Sutton, a founding partner of IMA Consulting, who has retired. De Luca will continue to lead IMA Consulting's Finance and Regulatory Consulting Practice.

Maurie Markman has been named vice president of patient oncology services and national director for medical oncology at Cancer Treatment Centers of America Inc. Markman will practice at the Eastern Regional Medical Center at CTCA in Philadelphia. Markman had been chairman of the Department of Gynecologic Medical Oncology at the University of Texas Anderson Cancer Center.

Performance Systems Development Inc., an Ithaca, N.Y., energy-efficiency software and services firm, has named Pauline Warren vice president of enterprise sales in the company's new regional office in Philadelphia. Warren most recently was vice president of business development for ACS Inc., a Xerox company.

TD Bank N.A. has promoted Geoffrey D. Brandon to regional vice president for commercial and retail banking in Montgomery County. Brandon had been a vice president in government banking and a senior retail market manager.

Comcast Corp., Philadelphia, said Cynthia Hook had joined the company as senior vice president and general auditor. Hook had been the vice president of global audit and transformation at Dell Inc.

IMany Inc., a Philadelphia provider of contract performance services, has hired Jerry Schorn as vice president of global sales. Schorn had been the North America sales leader at International Business Machines Corp. Arcadia University, Glenside, has appointed Janet Walbert vice president for university development. Walbert had been senior student affairs officer.

Pennoni Associates Inc., a Philadelphia consulting-engineering firm, said Khaled (Khal) R. Hassan had been promoted to Office Principal, managing operations in the King of Prussia office. Hassan had been a senior engineer for the Civil/Site/Landscape Architecture Division.

Cannon Group Enterprises, a Blue Bell telecommunications-services company, has hired David Senior as director of its Negotiations Practice. Senior had been director in the CIO Services Group at TPI, a global sourcing-advisory firm.
