Marsha M. Ray was named vice president for institutional advancement at Community College of Philadelphia and executive director of the college's foundation. She had been associate vice president for campaign programs at George Mason University in Fairfax, Va.

James A. Wylie was appointed chief marketing officer and executive managing director at Turner Investment Partners Inc., a Berwyn investment-management firm. Wylie previously was executive vice president and global head of sales and marketing at Acadian Asset Management L.L.C.

BioClinica Inc., a Newtown provider of clinical-trial-management services, has appointed Garry D. Johnson as senior vice president and chief technology officer, a new position. Johnson most recently was senior vice president and global chief technology officer for Dendrite International Inc.

CoActiv Capital Partners Inc., a Horsham commercial-equipment leasing finance company, said Robert Levitsky had been promoted to vice president of credit and risk management. Levitsky most recently worked on the Portfolio Management Team as the vice president of workouts and restructures.

TD Bank N.A. has announced two promotions.

It named Laura J. Serina vice president in commercial lending in King of Prussia. She previously was an assistant vice president, senior credit analyst and small-business lender.

It also named Eric C. Tweer a senior loan officer-vice president for the Philadelphia middle market. Tweer had been a middle-market commercial-relationship manager at Citizens Bank in Plymouth Meeting.

Colleen Purcell-Sawhney has been named vice president of revenue-cycle management for Continuum Health Alliance L.L.C., Marlton. Purcell-Sawhney had been the company's director of Electronic Medical Records Implementation.

Firstrust Bank, Philadelphia, has named Holly Stillman assistant vice president and manager of its Doylestown branch. Stillman had been a district manager in New York and New Jersey for Swarovski.
