Liesl Henderson is director, sales planning and communications, for Campbell Soup Co.

Jerry Johnson is vice chairman of PRWT Services Inc.

Brad King is executive vice president, growth strategies with SM&A.

Nicholas J. Kovich is principal of Kovich Capital Management.

Wadia R. Mulla is assistant professor in the Department of OB/GYN, Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine at Temple University.

Discovery Laboratories Inc., a publicly held Warrington biotechnology company, has named Bruce A. Peacock to its board. Peacock is a venture partner with SV Life Sciences Advisers L.L.P., and president, chief executive officer, and director of Alba Therapeutics Corp.

The Committee of Seventy, a nonpartisan organization advocating clean, effective government, fair elections, and a better-informed citizenry in Philadelphia and the region, has elected JoAnne A. Epps to its board. She is dean, professor of law, at Temple University's Beasley School of Law.

Monetate, a Philadelphia provider of testing, targeting, and personalization for websites, has appointed Sam Decker to its board. He is chief marketing officer of Bazaarvoice and a former marketing executive at Dell Inc.

Donna Gentile O'Donnell was re-elected to the board of directors of The Allman Brothers Band Museum at The Big House and now serves on the executive committee as corporate secretary. The Foundation owns and operates The Allman Brothers Museum at The Big House in Macon, Ga., which manages music archives and offers educational programs for disadvantaged children. She is principal of O'Donnell Associates and chairwoman of Targetbiotics.
