Amanda S. Aronoff has been named executive director of Women's Way, a Philadelphia nonprofit group. Aronoff had been vice president of development and public relations for Project H.O.M.E.

Continental Bank, Plymouth Meeting, said Joseph A. Trianosky had been named vice president, commercial real estate. Trianosky previously was vice president, relationship manager for commercial real estate/construction lending customers for First Niagara.

The AmeriHealth Mercy Family of Cos., Philadelphia, has named Jay Feldstein its president for the northeast region and president, Pennsylvania managed-care plans. Feldstein had been interim regional president since March.

FMC Corp. said Andrew Sandifer had been appointed to the new position of vice president, corporate planning and development. Sandifer joined the Philadelphia chemical company from Aramark Corp.

Electronic Ink Inc., a Philadelphia design consultancy, has appointed Naomi Wyatt vice president, client strategy. Wyatt had been secretary of administration in the Governor's Office of Administration for Pennsylvania.

NuPathe Inc., a Conshohocken specialty-pharmaceutical company, said Michael Marino had been appointed vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary. Marino had been a senior associate in the Corporate Law Department at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius L.L.P., Philadelphia.

Kathleen Seasholtz was promoted to senior vice president, strategy, funding, and community affairs for Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Delaware Valley. Seasholtz will continue to oversee business strategy, marketing, community outreach, and funding, and also will manage the education and community-affairs team.

The Jet Pulverizer Co. Inc., Moorestown, has named Jeffrey A. Conn vice president, overseeing domestic and international business while managing mill design and manufacturing. Conn had been the company's chief engineer.
