Michael J. Lyons, former president and chief executive officer of destination-management company Global Events Partners Inc., Philadelphia, has been named executive vice president of AMR Meetings & Incentives. AMR is the new name for Atkinson, Mullen & Rosso Travel L.L.C., the Newtown Square global incentive-travel/meetings-management venture.

Mark Group Inc., a Philadelphia provider of whole-house energy-saving services, said Jeff Bartos had been appointed president and chief executive officer. He previously was division president at Toll Bros. Inc., the Horsham home builder.

Mark Group also said Dave Hopkins had been named chief operating officer. Hopkins previously was division assistant vice president for Toll Bros.

Electronic Ink Inc., a Philadelphia business-system-design consultancy, has named Susan Denchak director of technology. Most recently, she was global program manager with Merck & Co. Inc.

Pitcairn Properties Holdings Inc., Jenkintown, said Mark Pasierb had been appointed executive vice president and chief operating officer. He most recently was senior vice president in charge of investment and asset management.

Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. said Stephen Todd Walker had joined its Philadelphia branch as a managing director, investments. He had been senior vice president, corporate client group director in Morgan Stanley's Global Wealth Management group.

Wesley Enhanced Living, a nonprofit provider of continuing-care retirement communities throughout Pennsylvania and based in Southampton, has appointed Michael Prushan chief financial officer and vice president of finance. He had been director of portfolio operations, Hudson Advisors - Lone Star Funds in Dallas.

The Victory Bank, Limerick, has announced several promotions.

It named Noreen Cobourn assistant vice president, loan operations manager; Donna Colella, assistant vice president, operations manager; Trisha Metz, assistant vice president, credit department manager; and Noel Billingsley, vice president, commercial relationship manager.
