Glenmede, a Philadelphia investment and wealth-management firm, said Susan P. Mucciarone had joined the company as senior vice president and director of wealth services, and a member of its Management Committee. She had been the executive vice president and senior managing director of Wells Fargo & Co.'s East Coast Family Wealth business.

TD Bank N.A. has promoted Colleen R. Cassidy to vice president in commercial lending in Devon. Cassidy most recently was a derivatives analyst for the bank.

Electronic Ink Inc., a Philadelphia business system design consultancy, said Chuck Ambrogi had joined the firm as vice president, client strategy. Ambrogi had worked at Britain-based Diagonal Consulting Ltd.

Bancroft, a Haddonfield provider of programs and services for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, has announced three appointments to managerial positions.

It promoted Lisa Kubisiak to senior director of operations of Brain Injury Services for the Cherry Hill, Brick, and Plainsboro, N.J., programs. She had been program director for Bancroft Brain Injury Services.

The organization promoted Clair Rohrer to senior director of operations of Adult Developmental Disabilities Services. She had been senior director of Bancroft's residential and day programs in Brick Township, N.J., its Judith B. Flicker Residences in Voorhees, and its Community Living Programs in Delaware.

Bancroft hired Karen Parenti as senior clinical director of Adult Developmental Disabilities Services. Parenti had been a clinician and behavior analyst at Devereux Whitlock Center.

Underwood-Memorial Hospital, Woodbury, said Barbara A. Mihatov had joined the organization as the executive director of physician practices. Mihatov had been chief operating officer of Drexel University Physicians for Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia.
