Susquehanna Bank has hired Mike Rainone as senior vice president and commercial sales manager at its regional headquarters in Camden. Rainone had been at Wilmington Trust Corp. as a vice president in the commercial banking group.

Univest Corp. of Pennsylvania has named Christopher Blakely vice president and director of financial planning in the wealth-management and trust department in West Chester. Blakely had been a trust manager at Willow Financial Bank.

LECG Corp., Philadelphia, a business-advisory services firm, has named Brian Clouse a managing director of LECG and partner of Smart & Associates L.L.P., LECG's alternative-practice structure. He has been a member of the firm's Audit and Accounting Practice.

Urban Engineers Inc., Philadelphia, has named Kenneth R. Fulmer to be director of transit and passenger rail to lead the firm's efforts in the nation's transit and high-speed rail program. In 2006, he was named a vice president and associate of the firm.

The National Constitution Center, Philadelphia, has hired Alison Young as vice president of public engagement. Young had been an adviser to President George W. Bush. Young was special assistant to the president and acting director of USA Freedom Corps and later lived in Mexico, where she worked with local organizations.

Versify Solutions Inc., a Chadds Ford developer of software and services for the power industry, has named John Finley director of customer systems. Most recently, Finley was director of IT at NRG Energy Inc., a Princeton wholesale-power-generation company.

Valerie K. Buickerood has been named executive director of the nonprofit Alice Paul Institute. Buickerood has been its acting director since May. The Mount Laurel organization focuses on educating the public about the New Jersey suffragist who was the author of the Equal Rights Amendment and the founder of the National Woman's Party.

MedCom Professional Services Inc., Levittown, said Kelly Goodwin had been promoted to vice president of operations. She had been operations manager at the answering service for medical, commercial, and professional clients.
