The Kimmel Center, Philadelphia, has announced two appointments.

Thor Steingraber has been named vice president of institutional strategy and planning. He has directed operas at U.S. venues including Lincoln Center and the Los Angeles Opera, as well as in Asia and Europe.

Larae Junior has been named vice president of sales and marketing. She has worked with arts organizations including the Durham Arts Council, American Dance Festival, Greensboro Symphony Orchestra, and the Celebrity Series of Boston.

Steve Cunningham has been named vice president, business development officer, at Coatesville Savings Bank. He most recently was vice president, business development officer, at First Niagara Bank.

TD Bank N.A. has named Kevin J. Curran vice president, cash management sales and consulting, in King of Prussia. He had worked for eight years at Commerce Bank and also was a relationship manager at TriState Capital Bank and was in treasury management sales at PNC Bank and CoreStates Bank.

Kimberly Alford Rice has been named editor in chief of American Lawyer Media's Marketing the Law Firm, a nationally based monthly print and online periodical. Rice is principal of KLA Marketing Associates, Cherry Hill.

William L. Baldwin has been named executive director of the Delaware County Bar Association. Baldwin, a lawyer, had been deputy director for Laurel House in Norristown. He succeeds Elizabeth C. Price, who was DCBA executive director for 36 years.

The Joint Commission, a national medical-accrediting organization, has appointed Philadelphia physician Ana Pujols-McKee as executive vice president and chief medical officer, effective Feb. 14. Pujols-McKee is chief medical officer and associate executive director at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, University of Pennsylvania Health System, and associate professor of medicine at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.
