J. Marc Overhage was named chief medical informatics officer of Siemens' Health Services Business Unit, based in Malvern. Most recently, he was the director of medical informatics at the Regenstrief Institute in Indianapolis, and he is the Sam Regenstrief Professor of Medicine and Medical Informatics at the Indiana University School of Medicine.

Christopher White was hired as managing director and head of investment banking at Janney Montgomery Scott L.L.C., the Philadelphia financial-services company. White previously worked at Cowen Group Inc., where he held positions including chief of staff and chief operating officer. White will work from Janney's Philadelphia and New York offices.

Susquehanna Bank has hired Steven J. Weeks as senior vice president, commercial sales manager, of its real estate lending department in Camden. Weeks will manage the bank's commercial real estate lending throughout South Jersey, the Philadelphia area, and the Lehigh Valley. Weeks had been a vice president in the real estate finance department at Wilmington Trust Corp., Philadelphia.
Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. said Allison P. Wilson-Maher had been appointed senior vice president and leader of the firm's health-care real estate services initiative in Philadelphia. Jones Lang LaSalle is a financial- and professional-services firm specializing in real estate. Most recently, Wilson-Maher was a vice president with Duke Realty Corp.
Merion Wealth Partners, Berwyn, has appointed Richard Hughes as president. Hughes most recently was co-president of Portfolio Management Consultants, a unit of Envestnet Asset Management Inc.
Lannett Co. Inc., a Philadelphia specialty-pharmaceutical company, has promoted William F. Schreck to chief operating officer from senior vice president and general manager.
Global Spectrum L.P., operators of the Wells Fargo Center for arena owners Comcast Spectacor L.P., said it had named Matthew Homan the facility's new general manager. Homan oversaw the four-facility Iowa Events Center. He replaces Tim Murphy, a 30-year veteran of the facility-management industry, who was promoted to regional vice president with Global Spectrum.
James C. Wallace has been appointed community- and government-relations officer of Deborah Heart & Lung Center, Browns Mills. Wallace most recently was vice president for government affairs with Catholic Health East-New Jersey (Lourdes Health System, St. Francis Medical Center, and St. Michael's Medical Center).
