Dover Motorsports Inc., a promoter of motorsports, has named Richard K. Struthers to its board. Struthers is past president of Bank of America Global Card Services and was a member of the bank's executive management team.

Philadanco, a nonprofit modern-dance company, has elected Rhonda Ball, Stephanie Mays Boyd, and Angela M. Brown to its board. Ball is assistant vice president, human resources, at the Chubb Group of Insurance Cos. Mays Boyd is vice president of sales, marketing, and convention services at the Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority. Brown is director of marketing and public affairs for NewCourtland.

The Academy of Vocal Arts, a nonprofit organization that provides tuition-free vocal and opera training to young singers, has elected Sandy Leopold and F. Scott Richard to its board. Leopold is the sole member of Edwin & Green L.L.C. Richard is a practice professor of finance at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and retired managing director and fixed-income portfolio manager at Morgan Stanley Investment Management.

The Council for Relationships Inc., Philadelphia, has elected the following officers and members to its board.

Ed Blumstein, a self-employed mediator and arbitrator, is chairman.
