Siemens Healthcare named

Gregory Sorensen

chief executive officer of Siemens Healthcare in the U.S.A., effective June 1. Sorensen succeeds Randy Hill, who was interim CEO. He will be based at the U.S. headquarters in Malvern. Sorensen currently is professor of radiology and health sciences and technology at Harvard Medical School; faculty member of the Harvard-MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology; and co-director of the A.A. Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging at Massachusetts General Hospital.

Echo Therapeutics Inc., Philadelphia, said Christopher P. Schnittker joined the company as chief financial officer. Schnittker most recently was vice president-administration, corporate secretary, and chief accounting officer of Soligenix Inc., a Princeton biotechnology company.

Janney Montgomery Scott L.L.C., the securities broker/dealer, named Binnie S. Footer senior vice president/wealth management and member of the firm's President's Club. She is the founding member of the Footer Financial Group of Janney Montgomery Scott.

TD Bank promoted Ashlee A. Fuglio, a vice president, to store manager at 710 Old York Rd., Jenkintown. Fuglio most recently was an assistant store manager in Jenkintown.

TD Bank also named Edward P. Monaghan, a vice president, the store manager at 25 Second Street Pike in Southampton. Before joining TD Bank, Monaghan was a branch manager at Citizens Bank in Newtown.

Javers Group, a Berwyn provider of human resource management and group benefits services, said Jill Homan had been hired as district manager of the Princeton and Philadelphia offices. She had been a major account district manager for ADP.

Javers also said Tara Kirwan had been promoted to director of member services. She had been senior account executive.

Tammy A. Beil was hired as executive vice president and chief marketing officer of Kelleher Associates L.L.C. In addition to running her own marketing consulting practice, she most recently was vice president of marketing for FedEx Freight.

RG/2 Claims Administration L.L.C. hired William W. Wickersham as vice president, business development and client relations. Wickersham was a securities class action attorney with the firms of Stull, Stull & Brody and Entwistle & Cappucci L.L.P. in New York.

eXude Benefits Group Inc., Philadelphia, named Thomas C. Young president of its new risk management and commercial insurance division. Young previously had consulted on various forms of risk management and insurance.

IMA Consulting, a Chadds Ford health-care management consulting firm, hired Ed Ladely as director in the financial services practice. He was the chief financial officer at Montgomery Hospital in Norristown.
