Philadelphia Bar Association

, a professional association founded in 1802, has elected the following officers to its board of governors:

Rudolph Garcia, a shareholder in the Philadelphia office of law firm Buchanan, Ingersoll & Rooney P.C., is chancellor.

Kathleen D. Wilkinson, a partner in the Philadelphia office of Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker L.L.P., is vice chancellor. She will serve as chancellor-elect in 2012 and chancellor in 2013.

Regina M. Foley, a lawyer at the Philadelphia law firm Raynes McCarty, is chairwoman of the board of governors.

Sophia Lee, chief counsel in litigation at Sunoco Inc., is secretary.

Joseph A. Prim, Jr., a partner with Duca & Prim L.L.P., is treasurer.

Wesley R. Payne IV, a partner at the law firm of White & Williams L.L.P. in Philadelphia, is assistant treasurer.

John E. Savoth, of counsel with Saltz, Mongeluzzi, Barrett & Bendesky P.C., is chancellor-elect. He will become chancellor in 2012.

Jacqueline G. Segal, partner at Fox Rothschild L.L.P., is assistant secretary.

Gregory J. Fox has been named board chairman of the Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority. He is a partner at Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads L.L.P. in Philadelphia and replaces Thomas "Buck" Riley. The board also elected Carl Singley board vice chairman, a continuing role.

University City Science Center president and chief executive officer Stephen S. Tang has been named to the U.S. Department of Commerce's new Innovation Advisory Board, Commerce Secretary Gary Locke announced. The board, established under the America Competes Reauthorization Act of 2010, will advise the secretary and guide a study of U.S. economic competitiveness and innovation to help inform national policies on U.S. job creation and global competitiveness.

Roz Holberg has been installed as president of Hadassah of Greater Philadelphia, a chapter of Hadassah, The Women's Zionist Organization of America, a Jewish volunteer and membership organization. She was director of marketing at the Albert Einstein Healthcare Network.

The Terri Lynne Lokoff Child Care Foundation, a King of Prussia nonprofit organization dedicated to improving child care, has named Shelley Greenbaum president of its board. Greenbaum is a retired legal assistant at Anapol, Schwartz, Weiss, Cohan, Feldman & Smalley P.C. Nancy Grossman was named a board member. She is an accounting assistant at Materials Distributor.

Fulton Bank has appointed three additional members to its Premier Division Advisory Board. They are Richard Gastineau, general counsel of ICON Medical Imaging; Robert Walton, shareholder of Flamm Walton P.C.; and Rosemary Espanol, president of IEI Group Ltd.

Eric G. Fikry, an associate at Blank Rome L.L.P., has been appointed to the New Jersey State Bar Association's Diversity Committee, which promotes participation in bar-related activities among diverse lawyers and lawyer groups through programs, activities, and projects that encourage diversity.
