QuiqMeds, a Blue Bell provider of point-of-care prescription fulfillment technologies and services, has announced two executive appointments.
Steven H. Kane was named chief executive officer. Kane previously was president and CEO of Patient Safety Technologies Inc.
QuiqMeds also named Daniel Black chief technologist. Most recently, he had been the chief information officer and executive vice president at Sanovia Corp., a developer of pharmaceutical software.
Hawthorn, PNC Financial Services Group unit that serves ultra-high-net worth individuals and families, has hired Jennifer Dempsey Fox as senior vice president, senior relationship manager and leader of the relationship management function for the Philadelphia office. Fox had worked at JPMorgan's Private Wealth Management group in Philadelphia.

Roy E. Denmark Jr. has joined Urban Engineers Inc., Philadelphia, as the director of its ports, harbors, and waterfront division. Denmark's earlier posts with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers included deputy district engineer; chief, operations division; and chief, regulatory branch. He also held positions at the Environmental Protection Agency.
Howard G. Wilson has joined TD Insurance Inc., a subsidiary of TD Bank, as vice president - regional market producer in Philadelphia. He had been a senior vice president at Willis Group in Radnor.
