Frances Robertson Graham has been elected chairwoman of the board of trustees at Moore College of Art & Design. Graham is founder of Graham Interior Design and succeeds Penny Fox, who was named chairwoman emerita.
Douglas R. Kuiken has been elected chairman of the board of New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Co. He is president of Kuiken Bros. Co. Inc. Matthew L. Wright was elected vice chairman. He is president of Apgar Bros.
The Arc of Delaware County, a nonprofit organization that advocates for children and adults with developmental disabilities, has named Alisha Boyd and Greg Paninos to its board. Boyd is a model for QVC. Paninos is an insurance representative with Mass Mutual Life Insurance Co. and its affiliates including uFinancial in Exton.
Gerald E. Burns 3d has been reappointed a Hearing Committee member for the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, effective July 1. Burns will serve an additional three-year term for District I, which encompasses Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, Lehigh, Montgomery, Northampton and Philadelphia Counties. He will serve this term as senior member, the committee's highest rank. He is a litigation shareholder at Buchanan, Ingersoll & Rooney P.C.
MinSec Holdings Inc. - a for-profit Wallingford, Delaware County, firm that operates minimum-security work-release and parole centers for the state - has named Joseph W. Marshall 3d, Henry Harbin, and Calvin Johnson to its board. Marshall is vice chairman of Stevens & Lee P.C., Philadelphia, and former chairman and CEO of Temple University Health System. Harbin is former CEO of Magellan Health Services Inc. and Green Spring Health Services. Johnson is executive medical officer of MinSec and former vice president and chief medical officer of Temple University Health System.
