, a nonprofit, statewide presenter and producer of dance programs.

The Bryn Mawr Film Institute, a nonprofit cultural organization, has named Tigre Hill and Harry Groome to its board. Hill is a documentary filmmaker and writer. Groome is a writer and retired as chairman of SmithKline Beecham Consumer HealthCare.

Additionally, Allen Sabinson, dean of the Antoinette Westphal College of Media Arts and Design at Drexel University, was named convener of the Advisory Council.

Jerry Conaty, a manager at Holman & Frenia P.C. in Toms River, N.J., has been appointed recording secretary for the Lacey Township Republican Club.

Bancroft, a Haddonfield nonprofit organization that serves people with neurological challenges, has named Martin A. Bieber chairman. He is president and CEO of the Kennedy Health System.

William Green has been elected president and chairman of the New Jersey Professional Counselor Examiners Committee, a nonprofit organization that oversees the licensing and education of professional and rehabilitation counselors. He is an assistant professor at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.

William F. Hyland Jr., a partner at Hyland Levin L.L.P., Marlton, has been elected to the board of Habitat for Humanity Burlington County.

Robert Byer has been reappointed for a three-year term on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court's Appellate Court Procedural Rules Committee, which makes recommendations to the state Supreme Court for refining and updating the rules of appellate procedure. He is a partner and head of the appellate litigation division of the trial practice group at Duane Morris L.L.P.

CADEKids, a behavior-development organization, has named Mike Nichols and Paul Ridder to its board. Nichols is a partner at Ernst & Young L.L.P. Ridder is senior vice president and chief financial officer at Tasty Baking Co.

Northern Home for Children, a nonprofit Roxborough provider of child behavioral and health programs and intervention programs founded in 1853, has elected William C. Morsell chairman. He is senior vice president for Keystone Mercy Health. He replaces G. Bradley Rainer, a lawyer with Reger, Rizzo & Darnall L.L.P., who was reelected as trustee.

Colette Kleitz, director of alumni and parent relations at Germantown Friends School, is first vice chairman.

Paul S. Rovner, vice president for finance and administration at the Haverford Trust Co., is second vice chairman and was reelected as trustee.

Thomas Sulpizio Jr., a certified public accountant and principal with EisnerAmper L.L.P., is treasurer and was reelected as trustee.

Joshua M. Cohen, former deputy chief of staff to Philadelphia Councilman Curtis Jones, is secretary.

Musicopia Inc., a Philadelphia nonprofit musical-educational organization, has named these members to its board:

Jennifer E. Cardy, assistant vice president for budget and procurement at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia.

Alicia Hickok, a partner at Drinker, Biddle & Reath L.L.P. and a member of the firm's Public Interest Committee.

Linda J. Hollenback, director of alumni relations for Philadelphia University.

Ebony Lee, senior director for business strategy, Comcast Converged Products with Comcast Cable Communications L.L.C.

Jennie Wu, deputy for strategic planning and implementation for the School District of Philadelphia.

William F. Zarrilli, a senior vice president and chief financial officer of Richardson Group Inc., a Philadelphia training and consulting firm.

Chiru Monda Murage is a board member who is the liaison from Musicopia's Student Leadership Committee. She attends Agnes Irwin School.

The New Jersey Business Incubation Network, a community of business experts, has named these officers to its board:

Suzanne Zammit, incubator manager of the Rutgers University-Camden Business Incubator, is president.

Ketan N. Gandhi is dean of Corporate College at Burlington County College and previously was president and publisher of Broad Street Publishing and president and publisher of the New Brunswick (N.J.) Home News Tribune and Plainfield (N.J.) Courier-News. He is vice president and treasurer.

Rosa A. Szelega, program coordinator for the Commercialization Center for Innovative Technologies, the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, is secretary.
