Robert G. Leib, chief executive officer of Leib Recovery Solutions L.L.C., forum vice president.

Anthony Mongeluzo, president of Pro Computer Services and PilotLight Studios, forum president-elect.

Sam M. Vinovich, senior manager of Fesnak & Associates L.L.P., forum treasurer.

Staci L. Bender, principal of Slice Communications L.L.C., forum vice president of programming.

WSFS Financial Corp., parent of WSFS Bank, has formed a trust-advisory board to advise and counsel Christiana Trust, a division of WSFS Bank since December 2010. Trust-advisory board members include:

John W. Field Jr., managing partner of Greenfield Associates L.L.C., who is chairman.

W. Timothy Cashman II, one of the organizers of Christiana Bank & Trust Co., where he was honorary chairman, secretary, treasurer, and senior vice president.

John A. Herdeg, one of the organizers of Christiana Bank & Trust, where he was chairman of the board of directors from the company's formation until its sale. Herdeg is a lawyer with Herdeg, du Pont & Dalle Pazze L.L.P. in Wilmington.

John J. Nesbitt III, one of the organizers of Christiana Bank & Trust, where he was chairman of the audit committee and senior vice president, secretary, and chief administrative officer.

Donald W. Delson, a director of WSFS Financial, and senior adviser at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods Inc.

Zissimos A. Frangopoulos, a director of WSFS Financial, and the retired president and chief executive of Christiana Bank & Trust.

Calvert A. Morgan Jr., a director of WSFS Financial, and vice chairman of WSFS Bank. He is the retired chairman, president, and CEO of PNC Bank, Delaware.

Pennsylvania Malt Beverage Distributors Association, a trade organization, has elected Mark Tanczos president. The association represents Pennsylvania's 1,200 beer distributors in legislative, regulatory, and industry affairs. Tanczos is the owner/operator of Tanczos Beverages Inc., Bethlehem.

Liberty Bell Bank, Evesham, has named Joseph A. Maressa to its board. He is president of Title America Agency Corp. of Berlin and a partner in the law firm of Maressa Patterson L.L.C.

John A. Lee has been named president of the board of the Association for Corporate Growth, Philadelphia Chapter, an international group that focuses on professionals involved in corporate growth and mergers and acquisitions. He is senior managing director and head of the commercial industrial and services group at Griffin Financial Group L.L.C.

Tengion Inc., an East Norriton regenerative-medicine firm working toward Food and Drug Administration approval for kidney and bladder treatments, has appointed Diane Jorkasky to its board. She recently joined Endo Pharmaceuticals Holdings Inc. as senior vice president, clinical development and chief medical officer.

James F. Kilcur, a partner in the labor, employment and employee benefits practice group at Saul Ewing L.L.P., has been elected chairman of the board of DeSales University in Center Valley.

Suzanne Bush has been elected president of the Women's Humane Society, a nonprofit group that helps care for abandoned and surrendered dogs, cats, and other small animals. Bush is the former president and publisher of The Reporter newspaper in Lansdale. - Mike Zebe
