Rutgers taking applications for MPA program
Rutgers University is accepting applications for its South Jersey executive master's degree in public administration program. The 42-credit master's is aimed at mid- to upper-level managers with five or more years of administrative or managerial experience. Up to nine credits may be awarded for professional experience.

The 42-credit master's is aimed at mid- to upper-level managers with five or more years of administrative or managerial experience. Up to nine credits may be awarded for professional experience.
Prospective students also are required to have a bachelor's degree with at least a 3.0 undergraduate grade-point average and a demonstrated commitment to public service.
The program combines Saturday morning classes at the Mount Laurel campus of Burlington County College with online coursework. It is offered by the university's Department of Public Policy and Administration at Rutgers-Camden and the Center for Executive Leadership in Government.
Degree requirements can be completed in two years with one-week summer residencies over the two years.
Applications are being accepted until Dec. 4.
