to its board. James is principal at Vanguard Inc. Sanchez is a lawyer with the Chester County Public Defender's Office. Tarrant is a licensed professional counselor in private practice and past director of community-based programs for New Life Youth & Family Services.

The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation board of trustees has elected Leslie Anne Miller a trustee. Miller is a lawyer in private practice and an adviser to Mayor Nutter. She was general counsel for the Pennsylvania Office of General Counsel.

Rosemont School of the Holy Child, an independent, coeducational, Catholic school in Rosemont, has appointed the following members to its board of trustees:

Alison Barr, a historic preservationist who serves on numerous nonprofit boards in the Washington area.

Leslie Gillin, a direct-response and analytical-marketing executive with Bank of America Corp. in Wilmington.

Carol Knight, regional superior with the leadership team of the American Province of the Society of the Holy Child Jesus.

Sarah Ellen Lenahan, vice president of operations and organizational development for the Devereux Foundation.

Kevin Lucey, managing director of Hamilton Lane, Bala Cynwyd, a provider of private-equity asset-management services.

John Mensack, managing director of Peachtree Financial Solutions in Radnor.

Andrea Kramer has been elected to the board of the Private Equity Women Investor Network. She was also appointed as the finance chairwoman for 2011-12. Kramer is managing director of Hamilton Lane.

The Economy League of Greater Philadelphia, a nonprofit, business-led civic organization, has named the following to its board:

Cynthia A. Archer, vice president, marketing and development, at Sunoco Inc.

Jacqueline Buhn, principal and chief executive officer of Athenian Razak Real Estate, Philadelphia.

Phillip T. Eastman Jr., manager, economic development at Peco Energy Inc.

The YMCA of Philadelphia & Vicinity, a nonprofit provider of programs to encourage youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility, has appointed the following to its board: Maria Arias, executive director of diversity and inclusion for Comcast Corp.; Marc Brownstein, president and CEO of the Brownstein Group; and Charles D. Wallace, vice president and chief information officer of business-technology systems for Keystone Foods.

The Epilepsy Foundation Eastern Pennsylvania, a local nonprofit organization, has elected the following to its executive board:

Mark Rosenberg, owner of Action Paper Co. Inc., is president.

Paul M. Keehn, director of sales for Kulicke & Soffa Industries Inc., is vice president.

Frank Kotulka, owner of Diversified Publishing Services, is vice president.

Stephen Wouch, founder and managing partner at Wouch, Maloney & Co. L.L.C., is vice president.

Michael S. Durst, owner of the Law Office of Michael Durst, is secretary.

Todd A. Hyman, senior manager, multistate tax services at Deloitte Tax L.L.P., is treasurer.

The British American Business Council of Greater Philadelphia, a business group that promotes trade and investment between the United Kingdom and the Philadelphia region, has appointed Hope Krebs president. She is a partner at Duane Morris L.L.P. and an international tax partner and cochairwoman of the firm's international practice group. Charles Carrington, a partner at Deloitte & Touche L.L.P., and Todd Sturza, managing director and team leader, national corporate banking at TD Bank N.A., were named membership cochairmen.

Paul K. Leary Jr. has been appointed to a three-year term on the board of St. Ignatius Nursing Home, a nonprofit long-term-care facility in Philadelphia. He is cochairman of the transportation industry group at Cozen O'Connor.

The Bucks County Community College Foundation, the nonprofit fund-raising arm of the public, two-year college, has elected Raymond Goodnoe, president of Wright Realty Solutions L.L.C., Doylestown, president of the board.

The following have been appointed board members:

David R. Breidinger, vice president, government and regulatory affairs, for Comcast Cable in Langhorne.

Karen L. Dawkins, retired vice president and dean at Bucks County Community College.

Theodore D. Dorand, external affairs manager-Bucks County, for Peco Energy in Warminster.

The Rowan University board of trustees has elected James J. Gruccio Sr. chairman. Gruccio is a founding member of the law firm of Gruccio, Pepper, DeSanto & Ruth, Vineland.

Christy Cunningham has been appointed to the board of trustees of the Alice Paul Institute, a nonprofit Mount Laurel organization that educates the public about New Jersey suffragist Alice Stokes Paul. She is associate director of the Career Center of the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.
