    Ivy L. Barsky has been appointed the Gwen Goodman Museum director and chief operating officer of the National Museum of American Jewish History. Barsky had been deputy director of the Museum of Jewish Heritage - A Living Memorial to the Holocaust in New York.

Rosalie I. Jones has been promoted to executive director of human resources from director of HR at the University of the Sciences. She had been a senior human resources manager at Princeton University.

James K. Gulick has been promoted to director of athletic development, a new position, at La Salle University. He had been assistant vice president for alumni relations.

Camilla H. Douch has been promoted to portfolio manager, vice president in the Healthcare Financial Services Group at TD Bank N.A. in Philadelphia. Most recently, she was a senior financial analyst, assistant vice president.

   The Atlantic City Alliance, a nonprofit corporation that develops a marketing strategy to promote Atlantic City, has named Elizabeth Cartmell as chief executive officer. Cartmell had been the president of Aramark Sports and Entertainment.

Lincoln Financial Distributors Inc., the wholesale distribution subsidiary of Lincoln Financial Group, has hired John Morabito as head of institutional retirement solutions distribution. Morabito had been senior vice president, U.S. full service distribution for Prudential Financial Inc., Hartford.

AlliedBarton Security Services L.P., Conshohocken, has promoted Brent O'Bryan to vice president of learning and development from region director, human capital management.

KPMG L.L.P., the U.S. audit, tax, and advisory firm, has elected Patricia Boshuizen and B.J. Orzechowski to partnership in its Philadelphia office. Boshuizen is an advisory principal in the firm's information risk management and risk and compliance practice. Orzechowski is a tax partner in the economic and valuation services practice and is returning to Philadelphia after completing a three-year rotation in KPMG's department of professional practice in New York.

Main Line Health Inc., Bryn Mawr, has promoted Karen Thomas to senior vice president and chief information officer from vice president and chief information officer. - Mike Zebe
