Firstrust Bank, Conshohocken, has hired David G. Rebmann as vice president, business development officer, in its Bryn Mawr branch. He had been branch manager for Customers Bank.

Public Health Management Corp., a Philadelphia nonprofit public-health institute, has promoted Melissa Fox to managing director of health from director of health-care operations. Also, Sara Molina-Robinson was promoted to senior director of PHMC's ChildLink and PersonLink programs from deputy director of ChildLink.

The Center for Literacy, a Philadelphia nonprofit literacy organization, has promoted Kathy Meck to director of development and marketing from grant writer.

Mark Carey and Denise Kopyar have been hired as directors in the audit and accounting group of the Philadelphia accounting, tax, and business-consulting firm Citrin Cooperman & Co. L.L.P. Carey was a director at Carrow, Doyle & Associates L.L.P. Kopyar was an audit manager at McGladrey & Pullen L.L.P.

Russell J. Schilder has joined the Kimmel Cancer Center at Jefferson as director of the gynecologic medical oncology program and was named professor of medical oncology and gynecology at Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in the department of medical oncology. Schilder was a professor in the department of medical oncology and chief of gynecologic medical oncology at Fox Chase Cancer Center.

Aon Risk Solutions, the global risk-management business of Aon Corp., Philadelphia, has announced the following appointments:

Dominic Colaizzo was promoted to chairman of the company's Risk Solutions' health-care practice from managing director of the practice.

Michael Zuckerman was promoted to managing director and Northeast regional practice leader of Aon Risk Solutions' health-care practice. He had been managing director of the practice's strategic accounts initiative.

Margie O'Keefe McCutcheon was hired as senior vice president of Aon Risk Solutions' health-care practice. McCutcheon recently was with Marsh as a client executive and broker.

TMG Health Inc., a King of Prussia firm that handles claims administration and other services for 1.9 million members of Medicare, Medicaid, and other health plans nationwide, has hired Michael Kingery as vice president of enrollment and billing services. He had been senior director of enrollment at WellCare Health Plans Inc.

ImpactRx Inc., a Mount Laurel consultant to the health-care industry, has hired Anand Narasimhan as executive vice president, operations and technology. He had been senior vice president for enterprise business at Symphony Service Corp.

DMW Direct, a Philadelphia direct-response-advertising agency, has hired Catherine Carleton as director of data analytics. She was director of database marketing at Yellowbook Inc. Sean Clark was hired as senior art director. Clark was creative director at Strata Co.

CoActiv Capital Partners Inc., a Horsham lessor of equipment, has hired Dan Kramer as executive vice president. Kramer had been managing director, senior vice president and chief marketing officer at Icon Investments.
