Sun National Bank, Vineland, has hired Anthony W. LaMarca as senior vice president and wholesale regional manager for the company's South Jersey and Philadelphia markets. LaMarca has held managing director positions at Susquehanna Bank and Wilmington Trust FSB. Joseph C. Tkac was hired as senior vice president and manager, commercial real estate. Tkac is a former senior vice president on the real estate lending teams at Wells Fargo and Wachovia Bank.

TD Bank N.A. has hired Philip S. Winn as vice president, business development officer in the SBA Division in Philadelphia. He had been vice president, business development officer in the SBA Division at 1st National Bank of Arizona in Denver.

  Mark Carey and Denise Kopyar have been hired as directors in the audit and accounting group at Citrin Cooperman & Co. L.L.P., Philadelphia. Carey had been a director at Carrow, Doyle & Associates L.L.P. Kopyar was an audit manager at McGladrey & Pullen.

QVC Inc., West Chester, said Beth Rubino had been promoted to executive vice president of human resources and workplace services. She was senior vice president of human resources and workplace services.

Megan Tomlinson has been hired as national sales manager at the Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority. She will also partner with the Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau handling sales to national associations based in Washington and the Southern states. She had been national sales manager for the Valley Forge Convention Center.

Inovio Pharmaceuticals Inc., a Blue Bell developer of vaccines against cancers and infectious diseases, said it had promoted Niranjan Y. Sardesai from senior vice president research and development to chief operating officer.

    Robert F. Herbst has been appointed director for professional and corporate education in the College of Professional and Continuing Studies at La Salle. He previously was the program manager for International Program Development at Pennsylvania State University's Office of Management Development.

   Trey Ulrich has been promoted to assistant vice president for alumni relations from director for the Annual Fund at La Salle.

William Harrington has joined Osage University Partners, a Bala Cynwyd venture capital firm that partners with universities to invest in start-ups, as managing partner. Harrington had been a partner at Three Arch Partners L.P., Portola Valley, Calif.

Gilford Securities Inc., a New York investment firm, has named Elliot Goldberg managing partner in its Philadelphia office. Goldberg had been president and principal of his own investment firm, Goldata Financial, in Gladwyne.

Styron L.L.C., a Berwyn producer of plastics and other materials, has hired John A. Feenan as executive vice president and CFO. Feenan had been senior vice president and CFO at JMC Steel Group Inc., Chicago. Styron is changing its name to Trinseo this year.
