The Public Interest Law Center of Philadelphia, an independent nonprofit group, has named the following people to its board: Jeffrey S. Moller, a partner at Blank Rome L.L.P. who leads its products-liability, mass-tort, and insurance-litigation practice groups; Aneesh A. Mehta, an associate with Volpe & Koenig P.C.; and Rachel Gallegos, the court administrator responsible for Philadelphia's Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Diversion Program in the Court of Common Pleas.
The Philadelphia Bar Association has elected Ourania Papademetriou to its board of governors. She is a managing lawyer for Philadelphia VIP.
Villanova University has elected three new members to its board of trustees:
Daniel M. DiLella, president and chief executive officer of BPG Properties Ltd.; Helen Meeks Horstmann, a surgeon with Penn Orthopaedics; and Edward J. Welsh, president and a partner in Adco Electrical Corp.
The Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group, a nonprofit professional association of senior-level executives, has named the following members to three-year terms:
Tom Aiken, a principal/business-development consultant for DGK Group P.C., Plymouth Meeting, cochairman of the GPSEG's financial executives subgroup.
Dorothy Stubblebine, an executive coach for the Rutgers Family Business Institute, is chairwoman of the membership committee.
Rip Tilden, a partner at Markarios Consulting L.L.C. and practice team leader for the company's strategy and executive practices, Downingtown, is vice chairman of GPSEG's CIO Roundtable.
Tony Wojciechowski, owner of an independent business-psychology consulting practice, is cochairman of GPSEG's New Jersey Chapter.
The Eastern Pennsylvania/Southern New Jersey/Delaware Region of the Anti-Defamation League has named Marc Kaplin as the chairman. He is the cofounder and principal of the law firm Kaplin Stewart.

The Delaware Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America has named Spiros Mantzavinos president. He is principal of The Mantzavinos Group, a public affairs firm.

Jeff Jackson, development and communications director at Child Inc., is secretary.
Dan Tipton, principal, Tipton Communications Group Inc., is immediate past president.
Nikki Lavoie, strategic communications manager of the Delaware Economic Development Office, is chapter delegate. New members-at-large include Doug Eppler, communications manager at Tipton Communications, and Kate Klemas, vice president of internal communications for JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Aberdeen Emerging Markets Telecommunications and Infrastructure Fund Inc., Philadelphia, said it had appointed Alexander Zagoreos to its board. Zagoreos is a senior adviser to Lazard Asset Management L.L.C., where he was a partner and managing director until 2006. The fund also announced the retirement of Walter Eberstadt from the board.
Gretchen Cooney, director of marketing at Philadelphia Triathlon L.L.C., and Laurie Gostley, manager of community relations and philanthropy at Air Products & Chemicals Inc., have been named to the board of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Eastern Pennsylvania, a nonprofit health-advocacy group.
The National Health Council, Washington, has named Paul Pomerantz to its board. He is worldwide executive director of the Drug Information Association Inc., Horsham.
Alan C. Kessler, a partner in the Philadelphia law office of Duane Morris L.L.P., has been appointed to the Drexel University board of trustees.
