On the Boards
Nationalities Service Center, a Philadelphia nonprofit organization founded in 1921 that provides social, educational and legal services to immigrants and refugees, has named the following members to its board of trustees: Debra Cesario, former manager at Big Brothers Big Sisters Southeastern Pennsylvania; Michele Hangley, a litigation shareholder with Hangley Aronchick Segal Pudlin & Schiller in Philadelphia; and Elena Park, a founding member attorney of the immigration practice at Cozen O’Connor in Philadelphia.

Peter's Place, a nonprofit Radnor center for grieving children and families, appointed James H. Bromley treasurer. He is president of Bromley Consulting Services Inc., Radnor.
Jane A. McNeil has been named to the board. She is cofounder of the Lily Foundation.
The National Kidney Foundation Serving the Delaware Valley, a nonprofit health advocacy organization, elected the following members to its board:

Green Tree Community Health Foundation, a nonprofit Chestnut Hill public charity, named the following to its board:
Jane B. Baron, a professor of law at Temple University and senior adviser to the dean.
John C. McMeekin, former president and CEO of the Crozer-Keystone Health System who serves on the National Advisory Committee for the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation in Princeton.
David Thornburgh, executive director of the Fels Institute of Government of the University of Pennsylvania and the former executive director of the Economy League of Greater Philadelphia.
Nick Torres, a senior consultant for Community Wealth Ventures and publisher and cofounder of the Philadelphia Social Innovations Journal.
Back on My Feet Philadelphia has elected Carol Auer and Jeff Alexander to its board. Auer is managing director of risk assurance for PricewaterhouseCoopers L.L.P. Alexander is vice president of public relations for the company's Freedom Region for Comcast Corp.
The North Penn United Way, whose service area includes the North Penn and Indian Valley communities of Montgomery County, has named Mark Nicoletti to its board. Nicoletti is vice president of Philadelphia Suburban Development Corp. Also, he will serve on the North Penn United Way's newly established community investment team, which will guide the organization's 2012-2015 investments.
Richard W. Kubach 3d, vice president of RWK Enterprises Inc., in King of Prussia, has been elected to chair the board of directors of the Valley Forge Convention and Visitors Bureau for a one-year term. He succeeds hotelier Richard J. Odorisio, chief operating officer of VF Hotels, who remains on the board in ex-officio status as immediate past chair.

Robert C. Hart, general manager, King of Prussia Mall, is vice chairman.
Daria Fink, president of the Encampment Store at Valley Forge National Historical Park, is secretary.
Nancy Dunleavy, president, Dunleavy & Associates, is treasurer.
New board members include Dulcie F. Flaherty, executive director of the Montgomery County Lands Trust; Michael S. Bowman, senior vice president of operations of the Valley Forge Casino Resort; Wendy Davis Klinghoffer, executive director of the Eastern Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce; and Michael S. Rodden, general manager of Philadelphia Marriott West.
George Martin, founding partner of Martin Banks, has been elected chairman of Chester County's West Vincent Township Planning Commission.
Anders Back has been elected treasurer of the Association of Communicators in Education, a statewide association of higher education communications professionals. He is director of public relations at Harcum College, Bryn Mawr.
The Wistar Institute, an independent Philadelphia nonprofit biomedical-research institute founded in 1892, has elected Helen P. Pudlin chair of its board of trustees. She is executive vice president and general counsel of the PNC Financial Services Group. Pudlin replaces Brian H. Dovey, a partner in the venture capital firm Domain Associates, who remains a board member. Also, ABC News correspondent and melanoma survivor Sam Donaldson will be an honorary member of its Melanoma Research Center Advisory board.
