George C. McFarland Jr., was named president of Pennsylvania Trust, Radnor. McFarland will retain his current responsibilities as director of trust and account administration and as portfolio manager, and will continue to help lead the internal management and administration of the firm.

Salveson Stetson Group, a Philadelphia executive search firm working with clients on identifying talent for senior executive-level positions, hired Donna DeHart as vice president. DeHart had served as a vice president for Advantage Building & Facility Services.

Rajant Corp., a Malvern maker of wireless mobile-communications networks used by the U.S. military, mining companies, emergency personnel, and other customers, hired Nathan Lader. He had been vice president, government programs, at Integrated Microwave Technologies.

Wescott Financial Advisory Group L.L.C., a Philadelphia wealth management firm serving high net worth individuals and institutions, named David Gaskin chief operating officer. He had been a principal at Vanguard.

NJ Delener, was hired by Arcadia University as the founding dean of the School of Global Business. He is the former dean of the School of Business at the State University of New York at Old Westbury.

TD Bank promoted Peter M. Hogan to vice president, portfolio manager in commercial real estate lending in Philadelphia. He most recently served as an assistant vice president, senior credit analyst in commercial real estate lending in Philadelphia. Edward M. Kurek 3d was named commercial portfolio loan officer IV in TD Equipment Finance in Cherry Hill. He most recently served as a commercial portfolio loan officer III at TD Equipment Finance.

Julia Pfister was promoted from director to vice president of human resources and training at Woods Services, a private Langhorne nonprofit provider of services to adults and children with complex behavioral and intellectual disabilities.

Comcast Corp., Philadelphia, appointed Sean Brushett to vice president of sales and marketing for the company's Freedom Region. He had been vice president of sales and marketing for Comcast's Seattle Region.

Delco Development L.L.C. named Chenoa Lane director of sales at its Aloft Hotel in Mount Laurel. Lane had been social sales manager.

Brian R. Miller was promoted to chief operations and information officer from CIO at Heffler, Radetich & Saitta L.L.P.

The Butz Family of Companies, an Allentown company consisting of Alvin H. Butz Inc., Alexander Building Construction Co. and Shoemaker Construction Co., announces two appointments. Christopher S. Magent, will fill the new position of business development and strategic initiatives director. Magent was general manager of Alexander's office in State College, and he will continue overseeing the operations of that office. Thomas E. Donley was named business development manager for south-central and eastern Pennsylvania. Donley served as president of the York County Chamber of Commerce for 25 years.

New Jersey Business Incubation Network, Camden, named Michael duBois as director at the Rutgers Food Innovation Center. He has also formed and operated a consulting company, Metaphor.

CFAR Inc., a management consulting practice with offices in Philadelphia and in Cambridge, Mass., promoted Barry Dornfeld to principal, and Jerrel Jones to senior manager. Dornfeld is coleader of CFAR's Life Sciences group, and a member of the firm's Collaboration and Change practice areas. Jones is a member of CFAR's owner-led and family business group, and a member of the firm's Change practice area.

Gregory Pasquale Ciminera was appointed vice president of marketing and institutional advancement for Phoebe Ministries, Allentown. Ciminera was project director/senior management consultant at Freelance MBA's for Hire Inc., a private consultancy.

Grubb & Ellis Co. said Alfred W. Schwacke, a 40-year industry veteran, rejoined Grubb & Ellis as senior vice president in the company's Philadelphia office.

The Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau hired Lucy MacNichol as senior content development manager/editor. She had been senior account executive at Devine + Powers.

Yellowbook, King of Prussia, promoted Emir Dedic to manager-systems engineering.

Conestoga Bank promoted Martin Bonnes to senior vice president, commercial lending, from vice president.
