Koven most recently served as president and chief administrative officer of Neurologix Inc. Mark A. Glickman was hired as senior vice president, sales. He had been vice president of the medical device division of Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc., a U.S. division of Tokyo’s Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co.

Scott Brucker joined NFI Industries Inc., a privately held third-party logistics company, as senior vice president and general counsel. He had been a shareholder in the corporate department of the Philadelphia law firm Cozen O'Connor.

UGI Corp., the Valley Forge distributor and marketer of energy products and services, hired Monica M. Gaudiosi as vice president, general counsel and secretary. Gaudiosi succeeds Robert H. Knauss, 58, who is retiring from UGI after 27 years of service. Gaudiosi most recently served as senior vice president and general counsel of Southern Union Co.

David Gulian, was named CEO of Futura Mobility L.L.C., (formerly Futura Healthcare Technology), a Philadelphia provider of software and managed services. He had been CEO of InfoLogix.

Widerman & Co., a regional insurance brokerage in Haddonfield, hired Daniel J. McCutcheon as vice president-strategic development. He had been chief operating officer of Odell Studner Group, Radnor.

Bioclinica Inc., a Newtown provider of clinical-trial-management services, named Dawn Flitcraft and Garry Johnson to senior vice president of client services for imaging solutions, and executive vice president, respectively. Flitcraft had been vice president of client services. Johnson had been senior vice president and global technology officer at Dendrite International Inc.

Health Partners, a nonprofit Philadelphia health plan, appointed Barrie Baker as medical director. Baker has served as medical director of the Broad & Lehigh Family Medical Center, the Reading Hospital & Medical Center, and Keystone Mercy Health Plan.

J. Phillion was named assistant vice president of planning and analysis for Harleysville Insurance, Harleysville. He had been portfolio/relationship manager at OneBeacon Insurance Co.

TD Bank, Turnersville, promoted Deborah J. Martino to vice president, retail market manager for southern Gloucester, Cumberland, and Salem Counties in New Jersey. Martino most recently served as vice president of North American customer experience in the bank's North American Phone Channel.

Univest Capital Inc., a Souderton subsidiary of Univest Corp. of Pennsylvania, a financial institution, hired Stuart P. Goddard as vice president of outside sales. He was vice president of sales and marketing at Baytree National Bank & Trust Co.

PMA Cos., a Blue Bell provider of risk management solutions and services, promoted Patricia Brookey to vice president, managed care, from assistant vice president, managed care.

HSC Builders & Construction Managers, Exton, hired Brad Earl as director, business development, and Michelle Allinson as business development associate. Earl had been corporate vice president and managing principal of HLM Design's Philadelphia office.

Public Health Management Corp. promoted Beth Shuman from director of organizational development and learning to managing director of organizational development and community partnerships.

SEI, Oaks, appointed Stephen Beinhacker as global head of equities for SEI's Investment Management Unit. He will be responsible for the six equity portfolio teams, including the three in Oaks, and the teams in London, Toronto, and Hong Kong. He had been chief investment officer for emerging markets growth at AllianceBernstein.

Skanska USA, Philadelphia, said its building business unit named Mark Zamrowski senior project manager for the Philadelphia region. He will serve as the day-to-day on-site contact for select Pennsylvania projects during all phases of construction. Zamrowski most recently served as a project manager for Florkowski Builders Inc.

Vertex Inc., a Berwyn provider of tax software and services, hired William Brennan as chief taxation officer. He had been vice president of taxes for McKesson Corp.

Michael Lewis was hired as director of product planning, purchasing, and merchandising at Nathan, Sharon Hill. He had been category manager for equipment and licensing at City Sports' headquarters.

Lisa Karl joined the Wurzak Hotel Group as director of sales for the Sheraton Valley Forge in King of Prussia, scheduled to open in the fall. She had been director of sales and marketing for several leading hotels and resorts in the Valley Forge, Philadelphia, and Harrisburg areas.
