The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College named Michael E. Scullin a trustee. He is the honorary consul of France in Philadelphia and counsel to the law firm McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter.
Jennifer J. Riley, an associate attorney with the Lansdale law firm Rubin, Glickman, Steinberg & Gifford P.C., was appointed to the Executive Council of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Commission on Women in the Profession and will be co-chair of the Mentoring Committee.
Juvenile Law Center, a Philadelphia nonprofit public-interest law firm, elected Susan Jin Davis to its board. She is vice president of strategic partnerships, communications and data services at Comcast Corp.
Shelley Potente, senior vice president and managing director, client services of the Leader's Edge/Leaders By Design, joined the Women's Resource Center of Wayne board.
The Delaware County Community Foundation, a nonprofit foundation in Media that promotes philanthropy, named Leo A. Hackett and Marc Simmons to its board. Hackett is a former deputy attorney general for Pennsylvania and president of the Pennsylvania School Boards Association Solicitors Association. Simmons is a tax director with Elko & Associates Ltd. in Media.
The Woodlynde School, a college-prep school in Wayne that serves students with diverse learning styles, named the following officers to its board:

Carol Udvarhelyi, former buyer and merchandising manager for Child World Corp. and Target Corp., is secretary.

Flaster/Greenberg PC shareholder Abbe F. Fletman was re-elected as one of four vice chairs of the Albert Einstein Healthcare Network board of trustees. She also is chair of the Quality Assessment and Improvement Committee, a member of the board of trustees of Einstein Medical Center, and a member of the board of trustees of Belmont Center for Comprehensive Treatment. Fletman is a member of the Intellectual Property and Litigation Departments and co-chair of the Government Relations Practice Group at Flaster/Greenberg.
